Renewing Your WDAA Membership

NOTICE: We apologize if your membership has expired and you have tried to renew but cannot access your invoice.

If you are unable to access your invoice or the link to pay the invoice, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A NEW MEMBER FORM, but do send an email to info@westerndressageassociation.org.


WDAA memberships run from January 1st to December 31st.

If you are an existing WDAA member, our membership management software will electronically invoice you for your annual membership on or about November 1st of the current year, with a due date of January 1st of the new year. If you do not find your electronic invoice email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders. Renewal reminders will be sent out December 15th and January 15th. The original invoice notice and the reminders will each contain a web link for viewing and paying the membership online. You will not be able to use this request renewal form to request an invoice after February 1st, but you can contact us by email, and we will be pleased to re-send your invoice. Please add info@westerndressageassociation.org to your safe senders list to avoid missing our membership emails. We are happy you are with us on this journey!

  • To speed up the process, please be sure to use the same email address that is currently recorded on your membership record.
