Cindy Butler of Caseyville, IL, is a carded judge with the following organizations: United States Equestrian Federation (USEF), National Snaffle Bit Association (NSBA), American Buckskin Registry Association (ABRA), International Buckskin Horse Association (IBHA), Pony of the Americas Club (POAC), American Miniature Horse Association (AMHA), American Miniature Horse Registry (AMHR), American Shetland Pony club (ASPC), and American Show Pony Registry (ASPR).
She is the founding and current President of the Western Dressage Association® of Illinois and serves on the Western Dressage Association® of America Board of Directors.
Cindy received her bachelor’s degree in Equestrian Science and Business Administration from William Woods College. She has shown horses most of her life, competing in everything from park harness to pole bending. She has earned multiple World Championship titles and high point awards in the show ring and on the trail.
Currently, Cindy along with her husband, Andy, operates a small stable near St. Louis. Cindy teaches riding lessons when she is not judging shows or conducting horsemanship clinics. She also works full-time as an epidemiologist.
